Turquoise Lake is a beautiful, higher-elevation reservoir on the Lake-Fork of the Upper Arkansas River, west of Leadville, CO. This lake has great access with multiple boat ramps, campsites, and restrooms. The rainbow, brown, and lake trout in this lake grow to large sizes, and anglers willing to fish hard have the shot at catching a trophy.
Current Conditions
Turquoise is ice-free and ready to go for the 2022 season. Expect large lake trout to be feeding heavily before the summer water temps start to kick in.
