Fishing Info

Clear Creek starts up in the collegiate peaks and flows down into Clear Creek Reservoir. The upper stretches consist of the north and south forks. These parts of the creek boast good small stream fishing for brookies and cutthroat trout. After the reservoir, clear creek quickly feeds into the Arkansas River near Granite, CO.

Current Conditions

With the majority of runoff now lower down in the system, flows are settling, and the water is clearing up. Fishing in these small tributaries right now should be very good.
